President
A serial entrepreneur having founded, managed and successfully exited two construction and facilities companies my focus now is to build upon the amazing relationships I’ve gathered through the years and develop a construction firm based on the latest proven technologies available to our industry. Surrounded by an incredible team of dedicated and highly experienced professionals I am now heading up The CORE Group based in NYC. We are building a process driven, best in class technology-based construction firm focused on creating a better client experience across several industry sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, dining and retail.
I began my career in the field as an apprentice carpenter and with the trust and support of my former employers I worked my way into management then eventually founded my first company in 1999. From that point on it has been an amazing journey learning from so many folks around me including my clients, colleagues and industry mentors.
Outside of my time spent with the CORE Crew I enjoy time with family, hiking, biking, skiing, boating, reading and practicing ashtanga yoga.

GARY FALCO
Director of Business Development
Gary has spent decades in both commercial and residential construction. From the supply side in architectural products such as and cladding products as well as the basics such as flooring, tile and stone.
Having joined the CORE Group he has already grown the organization exponentially. Gary does not just sell a project. He goes well beyond. In alignment with our central message, he is truly ‘Always There’ ensuring the success of each and every project as it moves from estimating and pre-production through production and into the warranty phase. He is a passionate advocate of his client and it shows in the relationships he has developed.
In his spare time Gary enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, music, theater, skiing and football.
NALINI BHIMAL
Manager, Finance & Interim Controller
After graduating from University in Guyana, Nalini, made her way to New York City in order to access new and exciting opportunities in finance. Having worked in various accounting roles for well over a decade she joined the CORE Group. Her goal here is to build a seamless billing and payment system on both the client and vendor facing sides of the business while remaining compliant with all of the rules and regulations surrounding insurance, licensing and tax requirements.
Outside of the office and the world of CORE Nalini enjoys traveling, practicing yoga and volunteering at local charities.
